  • A tiny amount of vitamin E (tocopherol) to naturally preserve

That’s it. No chemicals, no nasties.

If you take one a day, you’re treating yourself and your baby to 670mg Omega 3 (560mg DHA, 40mg EPA and 70mg other Omega 3s). This is the mother of all pregnancy supplements.

We make the fish oil in Norway and the capsules in the UK. Our fish are sustainably caught from clean, wild waters and FOS & IFFO-RS certified fisheries.

DHA forms a major part of our brain, eye & skin tissue. And a growing baby needs a lot of it, with the brain increasing in size by around 30 times from 24 weeks to 2 years of age.

Our bodies are very clever. They give mums' DHA to babies through the placenta & breast milk, so their brains & eyes can grow. So it's important to keep taking Omega 3 once baby's born.

Who it's for: Adults during preconception, pregnancy and breastfeeding.

INGREDIENTS: Natural Triglyceride-Form Fish Oil From Wild (Never Farmed) Sardine, Anchovy And Mackerel + Fish Gelatin With Glycerol BP (Our Capsules Are Pescatarian Friendly, We Never Use Pork Or Beef.) + A Tiny Amount Of Vitamin E (Tocopherol) To Naturally Preserve The Fish Oil.  There Is No Vitamin D In Bump & Glory.

Directions: one capsule a day.  It’s best to take your capsules with meals – either all at once or spread throughout the day. Taking Bump & Glory with food helps your body absorb it, and it can help you get into the habit of taking Omega 3.

It’s always good to check with your doctor before taking supplements like this one if you:

  • are on any medication, such as blood thinners

  • are about to have surgery

  • have health concerns or conditions

The capsules don’t need to be kept in the fridge, but best to keep them somewhere cool.
